Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are severe mucocutaneous responses caused by drugs that characterized widespread necrosis detachment. It is essential to know the risk factors those agents involved in development of this pathology order use them with caution susceptible patients have a high index suspicion.
